Stage Right

Musical Theater For Ages 4 - 14

About Us

Stage Right has been providing musical theater training to students since 2004 in Ridgewood, NJ.  More than 1,000 students have performed with Stage Right and use those skills to continue with the arts in their high school programs, audition for television, film and Broadway or become better prepared to communicate in their daily lives.

Stage Right provides students with a foundation of skills and confidence  for a successful future, whatever path they decide to take.

Our Mission...

Stage Right's mission is to provide the best musical theater experience to our students, while promoting a love of the arts in a developmentally appropriate environment.  The Stage Right students build their skills in drama, dance and voice as they work towards their production.   The skills developed will benefit the students on the stage and in their daily life.

"Being the first Music Director for Stage Right was one of the most valuable experiences of my life."

- Cooper Grodin, Phantom/Phantom of the Opera Nat'l Tour

Noreen was THE first person who knew Lindsey could sing.  WE had no idea. She's now at Shenandoah Conservatory pursuing musical theatre and got all of her 'basic training' and nurturing from Noreen and the gang at Stage Right!"

- Lauren I, parent

"It wasn't until I joined Stage Right that I realized I was a talented singer. Today, I attend Marist College where I am the head of the campus' only all-female acapella group and study music. None of this would have been possible without Noreen or Stage Right! Thank you!"

- A. Mormile, former student

"Stage Right instilled in my children a love of theatre, collaboration and music, and all the benefits that come from this are simply immeasurable. Thank you!"

- A.M. Rezen, parent of 3 Stage Right students

"Moving to this area was a hard transition for my daughter and when she joined Stage Right, her self esteem came back and she felt 'at home' again."

- K. Killian, parent

"After having the joy of teaching at Stage Right for five years I have seen first hand the power of theatre to build self esteem, teamwork, and a lifelong love for love performance. The spectrum of experience that Stage Right provides for students is huge, everything from preparation and practice to pushing through nerves and trusting in the people around you. I was not only a teacher but an actor who learned endlessly from the students and from Noreen and the rest of the staff. Thank you Stage Right you'll always be with me!"

- Libby Conkle, Actor,
